Simple Step to Stop Smoking
Here is some simple activity that you could practice in order to help you to stop smoking.
1. Change your habit by drink a lot of water
From today onward start to drink water as much as you can. That will help to you turn down your addicted to cigarette.
2- Chew Something
Maybe you can make it as your new habit. Avoid yourself from normal habit (smoking) by chew something like a gum. That will help to treat your breath as well.
3- Do a Simple exercise.
Sometimes people will start to smoke when they feel sleepy. Just practice to do a simple exercise instead of doing that bad habit which is also good for your health.
